About

Take part in the 50th edition of the BMW Berlin Marathon - one of the world's oldest, and best marathons! Push yourself in a fast, flat marathon (ideal both for first timers, and those looking to set a new personal best), alongside 50,000 other runners!

The beautiful race route is packed full of history and culture. Starting in the centre of Berlin's famous Tiergarten, the course sees you run past The Reichstag, Potsdomer Platz,  before finishing underneath the iconic Brandenburg Gate - where you will be presented with a finishers medal, shirt, and best of all - a free beer!

The course itself is fast, flat, and very straight: making it much easier to run. It also takes place on main roads throughout, meaning that although there are tens of thousands of runners around you, it never feels crowded.

Event experience

Lia’s Wings is a national charity that provides hospital air transfers for children. We ensure that babies and critically ill children can access specialist treatment and care, wherever they are in the UK.
