About
Join 13,000 runners as they start on Pall Mall with a bowler hat send off, taking on a 13.2 mile route that weaves between London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye. You’ll cross the finish line and receive your medal from a Chelsea Pensioner or a Pearly King/Queen.

Lia’s Wings is a national charity that provides hospital air transfers for children. We ensure that babies and critically ill children can access specialist treatment and care, wherever they are in the UK.
