From Monday 8th January, Rontec Roadside Retail are supporting Lia's Wings in their 265 petrol stations across England and Wales. Customers now have the option to add a small donation to their purchases in support of Lia’s Wings.
Rontec is one of the leading players in the UK forecourt industry, operating 265 roadside retail forecourts across England and Wales under the Esso, BP and Shell brands. Rontec works with Pennies, an organisation that enables microdonations on point-of-sale systems, to raise funds for various charities via card and contactless payments.
Our charity was chosen by Rontec’s charitable arm, The Ronson Foundation. We’re working with Rontec to transform micro-donations from their customers into life-changing support for the children who need us. This in-store initiative will continue until Rontec has raised £20,000 for Lia’s Wings. All funds raised will go towards helping critically ill children access life-changing air transfers.
