Tough Mudder is a series of obstacles and mud runs that are built to push your mental and physical limits. Every Tough Mudder event is built on the foundation of teamwork and features world-class obstacles. Get your friends, family or colleagues together to take on an obstacle-crammed, muddy route in aid of Lia's Wings.
Event experience
Lia’s Wings is a national charity that provides hospital air transfers for children. We ensure that babies and critically ill children can access specialist treatment and care, wherever they are in the UK.

If you have already booked your own place through the Tough Mudder official website and would like to raise funds for Lia's Wings, please email challenges@lias-wings.org.uk. There’s no minimum fundraising pledge, just raise as much as you can! Everything you raise will help us fly babies and critically ill children to hospital.
