Join Lia’s Wings on our annual overseas cycling challenge as we head to the heart of Europe for an unforgettable 200-mile journey through alpine landscapes, historic cities and lakeside roads.

In September 2026, we’ll take a team of cyclists on a three-day and 200-mile ride from Salzburg to Munich, crossing stunning scenery in Austria and southern Germany before finishing in Munich.

Riders of all abilities and experience levels are welcome to join the team for this fantastic event, where you will make memories and friendships to last a lifetime.

What you'll receive

🚴A fully managed and supported three-day cycling tour including support from professional outriders, medics and mechanics for the duration of the trip.

🏨All accommodation in a twin room, on a shared basis. Single rooms will be available for a supplementary cost .

🍝All food and drink (excluding alcoholic drinks), including plenty of local cuisine and culture, and a fantastic celebratory dinner on the final night. 

🫶Support from the Lia's Wings Fundraising team to help you smash your target. 

👕A special, limited edition Lia's Wings Cycling Jersey.

What's not included

🛫Flights and return airport transfer (you will need to arrange this yourself)

🍷Evening drinks (and any extras)

✅Travel insurance (to be arranged privately)

🚴‍♂️Any extra cycling equipment needed (inner tubes, spare tyres etc.), although these can be purchased from the mechanics if/when required.

By raising £2,250, you could fund a full medical team to provide the acute care needed during a Lia’s Wings transfer, flight training for a medical professional that qualifies them to work on Lia’s Wings transfers, and over 10 hours of family support.
