Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our small charity at a pivotal time. We have recently rebranded and we are going through a significant period of growth.

The aim of this role is to manage and grow Lia’s Wings portfolio of corporate supporters. This will include securing multi-year and six figure commitments from companies across the UK. This role is essential to our organisation’s growth and vital our service ambition - ensuring that every child who needs a transfer to hospital by aeroplane receives one. You will be joining a passionate and ambitious organisation, that works hard to deliver a life-changing service for children.

We’re looking for someone that has:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate fundraising, with a proven track record in new business.

  • Experience and proven ability to deliver against an agreed six-figure annual financial target.

  • Experience of managing a portfolio of existing accounts and the ability to grow and develop these partnerships.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.

  • A passion for presenting/pitching.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging proposals for prospective partners.

  • The proven ability to work successfully and thrive in an agile and fast paced working environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.

Salary: £40,000-44,000

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

Location: Remote

Contract: Permanent
