Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
We are recruiting a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our small charity at a pivotal time. We have recently rebranded and we are going through a significant period of growth.
The aim of this role is to manage and grow Lia’s Wings portfolio of corporate supporters. This will include securing multi-year and six figure commitments from companies across the UK. This role is essential to our organisation’s growth and vital our service ambition - ensuring that every child who needs a transfer to hospital by aeroplane receives one. You will be joining a passionate and ambitious organisation, that works hard to deliver a life-changing service for children.
We’re looking for someone that has:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate fundraising, with a proven track record in new business.
Experience and proven ability to deliver against an agreed six-figure annual financial target.
Experience of managing a portfolio of existing accounts and the ability to grow and develop these partnerships.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
A passion for presenting/pitching.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging proposals for prospective partners.
The proven ability to work successfully and thrive in an agile and fast paced working environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
Salary: £40,000-44,000
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
Location: Remote
Contract: Permanent
