This Christmas, you can make your generosity go further. For one week only, every donation to Lia’s Wings will be doubled, helping more children reach life-changing care and bringing more families back together when it matters most.
Christmas is a time for family and togetherness. But for some families, it brings the unimaginable: a child becomes seriously ill or a baby is born far from home. That’s when Lia’s Wings steps in.
We’re the only UK charity providing life-saving air transfers for babies and children, helping families reach the specialist hospitals they need and easing the burden during their most difficult moments.

How the Big Give Works
From Tuesday 2nd December to Tuesday 9th December 2025 (midday), all donations made through the Big Give Christmas Challenge will be matched, at no extra cost to you.
🎁 £10 becomes £20
🎁 £50 becomes £100
🎁 £100 becomes £200
Every gift will go twice as far to help children get the treatment they need and bring families together again this Christmas.

What Your Donation Will Achieve
This year, we’re aiming to raise £21,568 in total.
£18,000 could fund dedicated medical teams (including a flight doctor, nurse, and paramedic) for ten critical air transfers, ensuring every child receives specialist care.
The remaining £3,568 will help cover essential travel and accommodation costs, allowing our medical teams to position themselves for transfers and be where they are needed most.
